ForestRe has teamed up with four leading Lloyds Syndicates of the London Market: Ascot, Talbot, Chaucer, and Hiscox. The 2008 ForestRe – Lloyd’s Syndicates agreement provided a very significant addition to the global capacity available for the insurance and reinsurance of forestry. The facility is administered by Benfield Group, London.

Additionally, ForestRe works closely in partnership with an extensive network of international brokers and local insurers. This is necessary at a local level to ensure legal compliance with insurance and tax regulations. Equally, ForestRe is able to develop and maintains a direct client relationship if there is no appointed broker to speed up the data collection process, and as such clients’ enquiries may come directly to ForestRe for quote and discussions.
